Getting to my room from the lift was longer than I expected, but this reduced noise near the lifts. The scent in the lobby from the restaurant was overwhelming at times.

The service was outstanding! Staff were attentive and friendly, making our stay memorable. Gym offered breathtaking views, adding extra delight to our workouts.
Though some areas felt busy at times. the wait for the elevators was slightly longer than expected.

Perfect stay in Tokyo!
Spent 2 nights and loved it! The location is on point with easy train access. My room had an amazing view of the city, and it was super clean. Staff were really nice and helped with whatever I needed. The restaurant was cool, but sometimes it got a bit noisy with all the folks hanging around. Would totally recommend it!

Gorgeous King room with amazing views of Tokyo Tower. Spotlessly clean, air conditioning, soft drinks in the minibar, and lovely natural toiletries. The lounge had free drinks and snacks. Super friendly staff. It’s right at Toranomon Hills station, so traveling around Tokyo was a breeze. Great amenities like bathrobes and toiletries provided. Really upscale location with lots nearby.
